✨ First and foremost, I am a good vibes, fierce, and loving Mother to Jolene Rose. ✨

I was born in the Midwest (Twin Cities, MN) and thrived there for over 3+ decades. Just over 2 years ago I took a leap and moved to the West Coast (Bend, OR). With over 20 years of professional experience in corporate America, dental office management, and more recently as a billing specialist for practices nationwide. I have decided to branch out on my own as an independent contractor and am looking forward to supporting small to medium practices nationwide as well.

Throughout my career I have been relied on and promoted quickly to the top tier of my given field of work. From office management in the dental world, to head personal trainer in the fitness community. While working in the corporate world on the Apple team I was actually brought on to develop a new position and help with communication and organization for a very tough account. I was successful in doing so.

Proficient in both Microsoft Windows 360 and Apple’s Mac software systems, including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Pages, and Slack. I am also proficient in Quickbooks, PracticeMate, Office Ally, Optimantra, Availity, OpenDental, Dentrix, Eagle Soft, and many other management programs.

In my free time you can find me spending quality time with my daughter Jolene, family, and friends. I am also studying for my MS degree in Clinical Mental Health.
